Redecorating the restaurant with its humorous and celebratory artwork that is enhanced by the funky attitude of Brighton and leads you around the room with david shrigley's (Brighton modern artist) animal characters as a guide, finishing with an explosion of colour inspired by the sea of crafty sculptures that float through the streets of Brighton during the yearly children's parade." and downstairs "This playful artwork has many levels from the diving pigeons outside the Pavilion gardens to the Chinese infused warm sunset with patterns inspired by the interior décor of the Pavilion and reaching out to the cool hillsides of The Downs and the white cliffs of Beachy Head and beyond.
